Florence Elta Heath Family

She married John Winters at the age of 16 and had four children with him prior to his untimely death. She then married Henry Byers and they were married until her death in 1908.

30 June 1908 - Elta's family was ready to have her committed. She was suffering from Bright's Disease (Kidney Failure) which lead to very erratic behavior.

30 June 1908 - There was a hearing which judged her insane

01 July 1908 - She was not given admittance to the hospital and came home

03 July 1908 - Her sister and brother visited her

07 July 1908 - Elta Died at Home

13 July 1908 - This was very common for families of the deceased to have a note of thanks in the local newspaper
