Samuel Parley Heath & Mary Miltimore Family

 

This page is devoted to all of the documents and records collected for the Samuel Parley Heath family.  Known as Parley most of his life, he was the oldest child of John and Ester Heath. He was named for John's father Samuel Heath. Parley was born in Marshall County, Illinois and grew up in McDonough County, Illinois. Just as he was about to enter his teenage year the family moved to the wide open spaces of Butler County, Kansas in early 1869. . On the last day of 1878 Parley married Mary Miltimore. He spent the rest of his life farming and raising a family near Augusta, Kansas. He died in 1926.
