Frances Ann (Frankie) Shepherd & Lewis Spickard Family
This page is devoted to all of the documents and records collected for the Frankie Shepherd Spickard family. Frankie was the only daughter of Theo and Lida Shepherd. Frances Ann Shepherd (named for her paternal grandmother) was born in 1862 in Highland County, Ohio. She was known as Frankie for most of her life. She married Lewis J Spickard in 1883 in Ohio but soon migrated to Lyons County, Kansas. She died in 1892 and is buried in Highland County.
